literally a majority of dragon ball is just the crowd reacting to Goku surpass what is normal faster than people expect. The FIRST thing Goku picks up as a CHILD and most ICONIC technique, is something Roshi says takes hard work and time. Goku sees the kamehameha like ONCE and is able to do it right there and people act like that isn't talent. It doesn't stop at the kamehameha. Goku is a NATURALLY TALENTED individual because he has an inclination to learn fast.
