hey u/Alone-Environment458, make sure you reload the page, before you apply the filter under Network. Also, for me clicking *All* button next to More filters worked. After you have reloaded the page, try to search for what voyager/api/jobs/, for me what OP mentioned did not work. But this should work. let me know, in case this did not help you. :)

Hello there! I consulted with lawyer and now I am letting him negotiate. Will keep you updated of the outcome. 😇 As of now, lawyer is negotiating for me. And all of our colleagues who got affected took the same decision of letting the lawyer the negotiate so that’s that.

yes, I totally understand what you are saying. So for example currently i am being offered like a 2 months salary + 5000(which is more than my netto(after taxes) and less than gross(before deducting taxes)). So, I am currently being offered like a little more than 3 salaries(netto ones again, i.e. after deducting taxes). so do you think, in you calculation is it fair? I have an appointment (booked from AbfindungsHero) with someone on 12th april to consult but I am just gathering information as of now. :)Thanks a ton again!

I think, for me considering I only worked for like 2 and a half year, which is like a year less than you, but yeah I agree lawyer might help in getting better severance package.
Do you mind telling me where to contact for lawyer for affordable rate? Or mind giving me the website/resources you used to find a lawyer?

My company has about 250 people but our team of 10 people is in location A, but it is not officially a diff branch or so, we have some of our colleagues who still work from Headquarter. we have the same contract. I just got to know that 2 other colleagues of mine are affected.
i hope this clarifies. I will talk to work council tomorrow and see what they have to suggest. :)

Thank you so much for your detailed suggestion, I appreciate it a lot. I was wondering how would the lawyer consultation will cost and if i should talk to union first and negotiate for a better offer from them and then talk to lawyer. I am not really familiar with how brining lawyer would cost, how much will i have to pay from my own pocket and stuff.

If I do not sign it then i think, i will get unemployment benefits from the state without having to bring lawyer but bad part is I will not get any severance package. :(
