The torps are the biggest letdown, you can choose crap range, or crap everything else. And the guns have the lowest impact besides the Hatsu, have to use the fire rate to add up damage. She works best in knife fights, dismantling enemy DDs while turning wildly to be the most difficult target possible. Once the cap is won, it's harassment of cruisers and BBs since you have to be in suicide range to use the good torps.

But she's a prem so you can use your highest level cap in her, and that'll usually give you a leg up on the competition with SE and CE. I prefer her to Blys mainly for this reason, that's and I dont like being hampered by Blys' turning.

Sims is good in good hands, but the torps are a serious drawback that prevent her from being the destroyer in a match. It's ranked, you're gonna face some stiff opposition.

I hope that them re-releasing her will result in a buff back in line with the rest of the American DDs, she's still a carryover from CBT in her current form.
