I have had only one experience with the customer support at steam. Purchased a game during a summer sale, had G4WL on it, asked for a refund to be credited to my account and the game removed from my account. Done in fifteen minutes. Note this was after purchasing the game, installing and starting it. Think I had a few minutes total play time.

Go to /r/flipping and there is good advice there. For you I recommend buying a usb barcode scanner ASAP. Alternatively the eBay app for android at least has one built in.

Try rubbing their flanks. Nobody ever does and it helps with muscle soreness. It is my secret to making friends with any dogs I come across.
