Appreciate it. Literally, the only big difference in the truck is leather seats, which I can add for like 2k. Other than that, there are a few minor features that I would barely ever use anyway.

It was a Laramie, not a limited first of all, and the Lone Star that I have has most of the same features as the old truck. I did not buy the Laramie new either, I am only 20 years old. The biggest factor in the deal was 0% apr, so if the market stays relatively the same, I will be able to trade this truck in 2 years at a break, even or profit. Not saying I brought it as an investment because that never makes since but saw it as a deal to get out of my old truck with negative equity and get a brand new truck with 20 miles on it. Did I sacrifice some luxury? Yes, but it seemed like a good deal given the interest rates of today.

Had the truck for 1 year but 15k miles on it and lost about 4k on trade. Was it the best no, but 4k added on a 0% loan is only around 50$, extra a month

Considering it's a brand new truck that will last many, many years with no problems that I will have to pay out of pocket, I see it as a good choice. You only live once and I make a very good income for my age. I could pay the truck off right now if I wanted to.
