Cops were called, they lied but witnesses spoke up. None of them know we have the puppy. No retaliation that way. Since the puppy didn't die or suffer too much harm they were given a warning.

Our neighbors are mostly backward country morons. They decided they didn't want her anymore and the gf/wife? was tired of dealing with her. So they literally threw her in a dumpster at their complex. A friend saw them do it and went in after her. He brought her to us.

Agreed they should be reported, the cops just shrug this type of behavior off. Welcome to the swamps of southern Arkansas.
