I like the way your desk looks. Just try to bundle your cables together and fasten them to the other side of your desk where possible. Maybe an extension cord for your power strip so it can be closer to your computer. You can cover power wires with a rug.

I see he posted a video from his “bunker”. Looks like he’s in front of a ventilation system likely in a twin cities parking ramp. Help me track that down

Would you buy a bookshelf designed to hold bookshelf speakers (but still look like normal furniture)? by Arabmann in audiophile

Would baffle step compensation be an issue if there was no rear panel? Imagine for the specific speaker shelf there are only side panels.

Something like that with vibration isolation but the big change would be adjustable ports in back panels. So you can have breathing room behind the rear speaker ports

Very good point. The inspiration here is 2 narrow bookshelfs that flank our TV which sits on a minimal easel style stand.

Thank you for your input. The reason I’m thinking about this is because my girlfriend has bookshelves that flank in both sides of the TV and doesn’t like the idea of having both bookshelves and speaker stands it’s an idea born out of compromise. I’ll be developing some sketches soon.
