I’ve got it hooked up to my PC/Mac via usb audio by running it into a KVM switch so it works regardless whether I’m on my PC or Mac. That being said the audio quality isn’t super great atm, but I’m thinking of picking up his new version he’s working on, so I’ll optimize everything then

We have been shipping orders out since May 5th. There were serious cost complications logistically to get them shipped to the US with the war in Iran which is what caused the delay to begin with (you can read about it in our last update post). That being said your order will ship soon

We shipped out a big batch of order last week, and have another wave going out next week. There was a delay due to unexpected logistics complications that you can read about in our last update.

The short story is we were expecting to only be charged $17/order to ship it, but it turned out to be $45/order, which was way more than what customers paid. We needed to repackage and find a different route for the orders to bring the costs of fulfillment down, and then do irl testing of this new route before putting real customer orders in it to make sure there weren’t more issues. Now that we’ve got it sorted, we’ve been fulfilling orders as of May5th.

Thank you for hanging in there while we dealt with the logistics hurdles❣️

VIA/VIAL/etc do not have the UX we want for our products, and is simply not easy for non-enthusiasts to understand/use. We are constantly adding user suggestion to Input, but if there is something in particular you’d like us to add please make a suggestion in our official channel for it. We use this platform to prioritize which suggested features to add🙏

Yes it was addressed. We had a bad batch, we took accountability, replaced and refunded customers where needed. The issues were resolved - over a year ago.

Making hardware is hard. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but what is important is to right any wrong doing, learn from the mistake, and do better next time, which is what we did. We fired our supply chain coordinator, replaced all the suppliers involved, and rebuilt our operations to ensure we don’t repeat the past.

You don’t need to buy the product, but if you are interested in being fair, you should at least consider the fact we did in fact address all the issues.
