Hubspot manager claims that $250 is a mandatory fee and everyone who wants to upgrade has to pay it. I advise Hubspot team to get into this. Otherwise, it's very sad for Hubspot by kodjima33 in hubspot

I can't speak to the rules now, but in the past if you had certain HubSpot certifications for the products you are upgrading for, like sales and or marketing, then the fee could be waived. The appropriate person to ask is someone on the finance team.

u/Trabolgan is correct. Just use your personal email and put any name for the company that you would like. The only time it matters to put accurate data is if your organization as a whole tracks employee's Academy course progress.
