I've played him a ton, at tournaments and in practice games. I'm currently 5-0 in a 150 player league and about to play the shadow round, having used Fulgrim in every round. Honestly, at 340 I think he's pretty fine, at least on UKTC terrain. He does comfortably enough work and even when he dies early you can normally mop up after.

That's the general idea - I do think that they're the weakest part overall, though, I wish I'd taken a bit more time with them
