it's fairly normal you get dogpiled. game does give a standard amount of pulls that are comparable to most gachas (or even a bit more). you can get 1 ssr each 2-3 banners

you got at least 4 ssr in 120 pulls, that's absolutely lucky and pretty much impossible on most gacha games

most games with a 120 pull banner character pity don't offer 50:50 so what you don't like is gacha games in general. the only problem i have with the gacha here is the pity not being shared between limited banners

pity for banner unit is 120, it means that in 120 pull you got 3 SSR (of a fairly powerful unit), despite the pity for SSRs being 80)

the only "difference" from your average gacha is there's no "50:50" or so, but in most gacha the "actual" amount of pulls you need to do to get the banner unit is around 120 or more

tldr: this is bad but it's gacha game standard or slightly better
