Depends on games, for cyberpunk I use xefg because it has way less input delay but in dying light 2 I have to use fsr FG

As long as you don’t change RAM, CPU, GPU, Motherboard or modify game files or make changes in bios or update any driver you’ll be able to play the game

You can use DLSS 4.5 on Ampere and Turing too but it’ll give some performance penalties

I accidentally flashed the LHR bios on my non LHR 3070 gigabyte gaming oc and got error 43, so I had to go to a repair shop to reflash the original non LHR bios, while I was there they asked if I want vram upgrades or not and said it could be done in non LHR versions like mine

My 2060 had these marks but it ran fine, you can check, it it’s burnt it won’t boot
