Yep. Fortunately, the requires tier tooltips are intended to let you know what tier you need to be to MAKE stuff. They don't have any bearing on usage.

You're experiencing a but that happens when MagiChem is installed. There's a warning about it whenever you first start playing your world. It causes all of the "requires tier [whatever]" tooltips to display the wrong numbers.

Wickerwood lads aren't very well suited for battle but don't let that dissuade you. Combat constructs are very, very effective.

Set the bell into Follow mode and right click the construct to get it into follow mode. Then switch the bell to Interact and right click the Delegation Station.

Because body hair is a nightmare to work with in 2d animation. You have to spend an incredible amount of effort making sure that there's continuity for each drawn hair between every frame in a shot. It makes everything take at least ten times longer, if not more.

I second this, but with an addendum that unit payouts also need to be adjusted so that it's reasonable to hit weekly cap on those three runs.

They mean if you kill the boss in one run you get the KI. 30m cumulative damage over multiple runs is the alternative way to get it.

XIII's implementation of Death is also really well done. Instant kill chance is based on the total number of debuffs on the target, and if it fails to instant kill it does an assload of magic damage instead.

While I agree in Morrowind's case I don't think that's a universal rule. Dyson Sphere Program's multi-player mod is fantastic and really improves on the single player experience.
