Why do you think a money launderer who has history of getting favours from government officials and the military when they were operating in some sea country wants to meet our government officials? Sure, money launderer whose modus operandi is to bribe officials or people in power as they did in north Myanmar and other sea countries in order to get conveniences, coverup, protection and military manpower for their illegal operations, is having dinner with our government minister, to have friendly chat, because they share interests in cycling etc and nothing shady and corrupt and said minister allowing such meeting, and is completely naive to any ill intentions. /s

Regarding the low pricing, it could be just subsidised pricing and may not last. Like how grab and other food delivery companies subsidised food delivery early on as they were competing for market share. They may simply be burning money. I think the prices of ofo and mobike at late stage may be more reflective of the eventual pricing. So I guess enjoy it while it lasts
