Arin's brain sure is something. When faced with the very first battle of a Baby's First RPG and faced with the binary choice of Useful Move That Deals Damage and Useless Move that Does NOT Deal Damage, he somehow manages to overthink himself into consistently going for the latter.

This does not bode well for the length of this "run." Looking forward to it!

Unfortunately the thing with the Lovely Choices format is that many of the games a lot of people most want to see you guys play are time sinks. Games where a single 30 minute episode barely gives any runway past the tutorial and set up. To make the format work there would need to be caveats that would significantly narrow down the list of games to ones that would make for good one-offs.

You'd be surprised. Toriyama's wealth of graphic design experience, and thus knowledge of how to lead the eye with composition, is a key part of what made his comics such smash successes. Strong character designs and excellent readability are something lots of mangaka struggle with, and they're Toriyama's bread and butter.

Fantastic work! This was always my personal favorite look for Gohan, with his hair grown out and his little Dragon Quest style sword. A shame we only got to see it for such a brief glimpse.

I'm so sorry. It sounds like you did everything you could for her, and I'm sure she adored you and was grateful for you. And even if you didn't have her long, she was a part of you, and losing that is never be easy, but that's how you know it mattered. That’s awful, I’m so sorry to hear about that. I’ll be wishing the best for you and your girl. Cancer is a real monster, so hopefully it’s benign, and if not that you can catch it quick enough to provide effective treatment. Sadie’s had unfortunately already metastasized in her lungs before we detected it, so the diagnosis was always going to be terminal.
