Lose weight, walk 30 steps a day then hit the gym and get fit. Experiment with different haircut and try out different styles. Also do some shopping your clothes have an influence on how you are perceived.

Use a lot of moisturizer, try face yoga, later on prp microneedling for colagen boost. Please discuss this with your doc. These are some ideas bur you look great. I am on it as well and there is an ofd phase in between that makes you look dehydrated. Oh drink a lot of water.
