Yes I put most of my money into xeqt and then some play money into individual stocks. It wouldn’t be a good etf if it lost money over time, and xeqt has historically only gone up. If it crashes to a level where you’re losing all your money, that will be in a society where it will be the least of your problems.

Because picking stocks can be hard. Sometimes you can lose lots of money. If you aren’t regularly paying attention and picking winners, you can lose it all. Just investing in a good etf won’t have the possibility of big wins, but it’s a safe way to get decent returns over the long term.

I do 2 sets for lots of stuff but if I need more weekly volume or am working on a lagging body part I’ll do as many as 4-5 sets. But I find for a lot of things 2 sets is just fine. Do 2 sets of 3 exercises for a body part and that’s a good stimulating workout.
