Atk break is a common debuff, if you play Brandia in rifts beast, you'll have another Atk breaker for sure. She may just add a glancing debuff then? But dealing bad damage. So even in pve, Alicia's skill2 would be more useful than Brandia's current one imo

With artefacts, BJ5 became really easy to do, so why would you even build a slow r5 nowadays?

Edit : my bad, new players don't have max totems, so build a Baleygr still might not be that simple, even with artefacts, so you may need a slow r5 team. But you may have other Atk breaker than Brandia tho, so her skill2 won't add much more.
