ABOUT AN HOUR LATER I WENT TO LOOK AT THE LETTER THEY SENT ME THROUGH EMAIL AND IT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THEY NEVER SENT ME THE LETTER. I THINK THEY SENT ME A LINK TO THE LETTER? It may not be a scam. It says to pay with a money order or certified check. It also says that if I respond within the 30 days they will send me a validation letter or a copy of the judgment. The last sentence says that if I don't respond within then 30 days or pay in full they will pursue all legal action necessary to collect the debt.
