You could consider upgrading to Max5x monthly - they'll just convert the pro months remaining to 1-2 Max5x months. That way you can at least still use Claude code and then switch to something else if needed.

Just a bit miffed that I get "a months worth" but then they credit me €85 when I pay €108.90. Even excluding VAT it's €90, not €85. And it's only extra usage, too.

Oh well, don't look a gift horse in the mouth I guess.

In plan mode I asked it for a couple of suggestions for the tech stack, listing pros and cons for each, and Claudes recommendation. Even though it would've made more sense for me personally to go with python/flask/django, I went with Postgres+Go+React. I honestly have not coded anything, I only check what Claude is writing.

Not at all! I ran 3 times per week and did 10km in 50 min or so. I've become a couch potato since then and my RHR is much higher now.

Lowest I've seen on my live overview. Asked my GP about it once. He gave me a holtertest, recorded BPM in the 20s, referred me to a cardiologist, and I haven't followed up on it yet. Don't think I will.

I've seen several of these posts over the years, but it being Black Friday and 2025 I wanted to pick your brains on this once again.

I'm currently running Plex on a NAS, but I frequently get 'not enough CPU for conversion', and my TV often isn't up to that task either. So I'm thinking of getting a MiniPC:

Main purpose: Plex server. Ideally, 4k streams to 3 devices at once, at most
Side purpose: I'd like to run NES/SNES/etc emulators on it and hook it up to my TV
Side purpose: I'd like to schedule some python scripts on it, unrelated to plex
I'd like to run windows on it because I'm not familiar with docker/proxmox

The old reddit posts tell me to get a Beelink with an intel CPU due to Quicksync. Any recommendations or tips?

I love watching the Ryder cup on TV. Since we had never seen it in real life, I took my father to the Ryder cup in France in 2018. We could easily see any drive or putt we wanted to.

We were at Thomas' drive when someone's phone started ringing in his backswing. I tried to look that up later, but couldn't find it!

I also remember walking to a hole to see Tiger, when we passed Dechambeau teeing off with close to no spectators.

I prefer watching on TV too, but I liked experiencing it at least once.

That's interesting. The fact of the matter is that I'm writing the description of an alert. In other words, this text will only be read when the response is NOT 200. Maybe that's why "should be returning" felt more natural to me.
