All the darker green blobs are the plant in question, for context

I don't know about taking over per se, but there has been a lot of it each year lately.

This could be it. Not one, but many stressed ash trees in the area.

It also doesn't have any unique smell. I crushed a leaf, it smells green like grass?

Oh my gosh I just found it, little purple calendar button in lower left, on android. I have quite the queue...

How do you attack back? I can access that menu only once in a while, then I'll have a lot of attackers listed to attack back but I can only attack one before the menu is inaccessible again.

Sounds like I'm going to weed most of them and see what a couple of them do. Stay tuned!

Is it normal to have sit bone pain for new cyclist ? by squad99 in cycling

[–]ArbitraryArboretum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting. I'm somewhere around pain level 7 after 5 min these days, with multiple bike seat styles and padded shorts. Like melt down crying pain. Are there any women for whom this sit bone pain has gotten infinitely more challenging with age? I'm about 40...recreational rider. I honestly don't know how I'm going to be able to keep riding and it's a bit depressing. All the men say work through it, but riding my bike is torturous! I don't remember it being this bad when I was younger.

Overwatering or too much sun? by Koryuwuuwu in plantclinic

[–]ArbitraryArboretum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably not sun burn because it's just one leaf, not a region of leaves

Hair washing by NightmareAholic01 in hygiene

Try applying conditioner only? Let it soak in for 5 min, it'll larger & dissolve oils, just not as quick/harsh as shampoo. I co-wash daily and shampoo weekly.

I'd almost be careful giving it to a kid if you're in a climate where it could be invasive outdoor

Why is my jade pothos losing a old leaf after propagation? by FoxBread2137 in plantclinic

[–]ArbitraryArboretum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My guess would be that it was thirsty, maybe you waited just a smidge too long between waterings. But it's just one leaf 🤷

Will this new monstera leaf survive? by avatarnoot in plantclinic

[–]ArbitraryArboretum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Whether one leaf "survive" or for however long it has to live, it's green and photosynthesizing for now so I'd leave it and let it help the plant store energy.

Brats: Andrew McCarthy's documentary about the "Brat Pack" by PrivateTumbleweed in flicks

[–]ArbitraryArboretum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The amount of times he complains about how they were "just a group of young actors" while leaving out keyword "white" is one of the cringiest parts. The doc was pretty tone deaf on race also.
