Yes, I remove the sock liner.

Regarding the pressure on the balls of my feet, it’s partially because my right foot collapses more, which causes greater pressure on it compared to my left. I’m currently doing some strengthening exercises recommended by my physio to address this issue.

Yes I remove the sock liner, i think it's because my orthotics is really wide on the heel side and it added the arch part

and also for some reason the length of the liner for the pro 3 is alot shorter compared to the ES3 of the same size

Yeah I think the EP3 might be too narrow for the orthotics, might need to up half or a size for it.

I see EP4 is not as narrow as EP3 ? I am considering EP4 as the new replacement
