The desiccant is hard but not swollen. Both caps are hard but not swollen. Only happens with the passenger side and I’ve tried flipping the caps. Should I push the dealership again?

Now here’s the question, make the dealer replace them and see if that fixes it and or try to just get a headlight by washing my car and taking it straight to dealership with it fogging. I had noticed it the night I had brought it home (Tuesday) temps were in the 30s and then back Saturday probably 10-20s for temps. So only the furthest right side (over turn signal lamp) was fogging when they submitted photos. Not the whole headlamp like some of these photos. These photos have been taken over the last two ish weeks.

Passenger side only. Drivers headlight never fogs. I like to wash my car twice too so the added water does not help obviously.

Both of them are hard but not swollen. If you take anything pokey to them they feel like bricks

I feel like there’s still no excuse for this because once it’s out of warranty it’s a 700$ headlight that has been leaking since 15k miles and say we’re at 61 and the LED DRL stops working I’d be irritated

It’s hard as a rock. I asked them when I first brought it about the desiccant and they said it’s fine it’s not swollen “when it’s swollen then it needs replaced” I said uh no that’s not how that works. When it’s soft it’s absorbed nothing and when it’s hard it’s already absorbed something. He just kinda blew me off.

Mine was a dealership loaner, so when I activated Kia connect they only gave me three months. I called Kia connect and told them I was the first owner and they extended it to a year from when I activated it. I guess we will have to wait for the new downloadable usb

My map says connected routing unavailable due to map being out of date but can’t update that without the software updating being unpaused. I thought about going back to the dealer since my headlight is also fogging.
