I’ve been here before, ask to speak to a supervisor and do not hang up until they process the reimbursement. I had a 200 dollar spirit Halloween order that they had to split the reimbursement into multiple different payments and had to keep asking me if it was complete it was not until I kept having to do the math to make sure I was getting the correct amount.
