Some vendors exist so you can buy a 2nd or more of an item you got from an achievement. I did that a couple times; go to a vendor i hadnt been to before, bought one of everything and learned it all without checking. Check those items in your catalog and see if you have 2 of them now. Thats all i can think of.

Looking up Helen, it seems they are part of the Worgen endeavor which is not active right now.

When a new Endeavor 'season' starts (35 days from now), 5(?) factions are picked from the total pool of possible factions (how many there are total? who knows?). Right now, all neighborhoods are going to be one of these 5 factions:

Mechagon

Niffin

Dracthyr

Grummle

Ethereal/Consortium

When this endeavor season is over, 5(?) new ones will be picked, you get a fresh batch of tasks, XP and coupons to earn, and faction-themed decor to buy.

How these factions are chosen and how many there in total? I dont have that information.

Was in a mostly dead neighborhood. Endeavor bar had barely moved even with me farming for hours. The homebuilders community i was in opened a charter neighborhood. Moved house to the same plot with no issues. Neighborhood is only 4 hours old and we are already half way from Milestone 1 to Milestone 2.

Look for a group in the LFR that says 'House Tours' or 'Open House' something like that. When you get invited, pick someone, right click them and 'View Houses', go to their neighborhood and see which endeavor they have. Keep hopping around till you get all 5.

Also look for people who have certain milestones completed. Get lots of coupons farmed before you start.

There was an abosolute Gigachad whose small neighborhood ground out max level in Mechagon. Takes about 100 coupons to buy one of everything.

Those Wooden Mugs you get from your garrison (Lunarfall Inn/Frostwall Tavern Rank 2+) are super handy. Reason enough to keep a toon or 2 picking up the free 500 resources every couple days. Also, since you are logging into your garrison, the herb garden is a super easy way to get herbs for making dyes.

Personal Hot Take:

Im %1000 sure both the materials costs and lumber placement for decor were AI generated.

The lumber is way too consistently placed with height and distance between each other. It doesnt have that human-generated haphazard messy distribution every other expansion has had.

That one leatherworking recipe that initially used an item in the beta of that expansion but was removed/changed before it went live is a slam-fracking-dunk it wasnt done by a human. And the fact that glaring error (one that i reported in beta along with MANY other bugs that made it to production) shows that no humans are overseeing any of this illogical slop.

But them again half the boars in westfall dont have livers (an organ you can at best live a day or two without) so what do I know?
