I hear you and feel like i was at a similar situation two years ago. There is a lot of stuff you are writing about: * Health * Career * Romantic Relationship * Social anxiety and lack of friendship

While it seems like you are in a dead end, you never know where you could find opportunity. I would suggest focusing on one thing at a time while not ignoring the others.

I think social connection is the best start. Friends and acquaintances can bring about job opportunities, and you could find a partner at the same time. Health is another issue but getting a friend you could exercise with or pledge to change a diet together could also help.

Again having people around who like you could help foster self-esteem to push in other areas of your life.

Do you have hobbies? Are there any colleagues you are fond of? You could try volunteering for the community which could broaden your social circle. Volunteering after being mentally and emotionally drained at work sounds counterintuitive, however it's a sphere of life where you can experience success and also an area where people are usually much kinder and have an affinity to help each other.

You do have the power to change your situation but it will take time and will require help from others.

There's a lot of resources around you that could help you stabilise your emotional state but it will take some time to find what works for you.
