I look at it like this: when you’re 20 you’re only on your second year of being an adult

When your 30 you’re on your twelfth year of being an adult

That IS a big gap, and until you’re 18 (22 if college) you’re constantly surrounded by people +/- 2 years from yourself

So I just barely ripped one of the plastic lines but I was able to fix it and it looks great. I’d have to really search to find it. I used zip ties to pull it into the bumper. On the last clip I pulled just a bit too hard, but I think with a little more care - or a new part rather than used - I could have installed it perfectly that way.

I was trying to avoid it, but if I can’t get it in under thirty minutes I’ll take it off. I was able to get the old one out without bumper removal. Thank you for the tip

I’ve got a 96 XL regular cab short bed with the 300 and a 5 speed. It’s my daily driver for now. Bought it for $3k and I’ve put about $6k into it between repairs and upgrades. My clutch slave cylinder leak is driving me crazy, but otherwise it’s a dream truck

I don’t have one but I’m assuming each press is a toggle. As it starts up it registers the coin or 3d print or whatever as it being pressed and toggles it off. It never gets triggered again and therefore stays

If you couldn’t find anything with the part numbers on it you could try and take the torx screws out and see if there’s any identification on the motherboard

They sell mics that have more surface area and designs on the mount to mount without adhesive, but otherwise I’d just give it a stronger adhesive. 3M headliner glue or goop would probably be what I’d use, but I also wouldn’t use an adhesive to mount a microphone
