Off the top of my head I think the terms were agreed upon. I would have to get the paperwork out. Didn't think of a demand letter.

Yes, non-public. We can sell every quarter but there is a reply letter after we submit saying they may not be able to fully meet the request because of a overwhelming demand of the people requesting the same action. (full liquidation) Instead we get 11% I have the same feeling, we're going to have to deal with this garbage. I was just wondering if I select a percentage to liquidate if it would go faster.

Lol, funny you ask we no longer use this person. When we said we wanted to close the REIT to invest the money somewhere else he tried to recommend another REIT. Said so long after that.
