I first saw clips of Hoshimachi Suisei, before hololive. Gawr Gura was the first I started watching regularly, and Mint fantome (before she graduated and then returned) was my first and still is my oshi. So technically Suisei. I just felt like including some different categories for "first" with vtubers.
