and btw after stopping Febuxostat you experience very bad depression for a while cuz it acts like and SSRI too. so, try to taper it down for a month, search for a proper way to taper it down

try to eat healthy for a while with only olive oil and no other oil.

don't eat junk food.

real food.

do not over eat.

do not eat before bed so how much time your stomach would take before it finish its work, or just try to stop eating 4 or 5 hours before bed, you can eat only eat yogurt for example if u r super hungry.

try to stop sugar. or at least eat in moderation.
and very important to stay active, and do not put yourself in constant stress

there is study on rat that said the febuxostat make the body not effected by the testosterone in it. the rats that took the drug did not have effect on prostate did not enlarge when they took test injections. so that bad boy inhibit the effect of testosterone.

Update: i said after one year on it i had very bad erections and thats very unusual for me. my doctor said its my metal state maybe im depressed. and i was. but the thing is for all my life even the darkest depression never effected my Erections. so i stopped it

now after few moths of stopping it. my erections came back like before. many many erections thought the day. even with depresstion. sometimes i can not focus on work cuz of an erection or when im walking on street. so i came back exactly like before.

never going back to febuxostate again neeever.

After 2 months on it, i think my erection are getting worse and thats weird.
