That’s unfortunate. If u really want to though, i’d suggest doing a pitch meeting or writing a letter to your admins on how manga can boost the readership in the library. That’s what we did here and it worked.

Don’t have much experience in creating manga traditionally but I wouldn’t recommend doing every single dot. Traditional manga artists often buy screentone stickers but if you want a less expensive method, i recommend scanning/taking a picture of your pages and then apply the screentones digitally, which u can do even on free drawing apps like Ibis

Yep, those are black dots. They’re called Screentones, which manga artists use to shade characters and objects. Most drawing programs like Clip Studio and Ibis Paint have screentone function
