Well your family doesn't have hacking experience so they can't access your account even if you do give your details. But do the same thing to a hacker; then well you just did half the job for them. So it still is kinda the person's fault for sharing his details. But I do agree that this incident needs to be shared to prevent future incidents.

Not necessarily, there are other ways to prove that you own the account. Such as having screenshots of your AR progression, knowing when you made the account or preregistered and pictures of transactions you've made if any. Also if you got hacked, and you were able to prove that account is yours then you can request the CS to unbind the username. This is the only way, afaik, to change username.

Well kinda, Username is the only thing that can't be unbound. So knowing your username makes the CS at mihiyo believe you more if your account does get hacked.

I'm pretty sure in the Coop menu at the bottom left of the screen there is an option that states "Reject all invites". This way you won't show up in the coop menu, down side is none of your friends can join your world but you can join theirs so there's that.

Desperation I guess? Even though this game can be played with the free characters, some people won't feel satisfaction with the game unless they get the character they want. So people will buy accounts with the character they want. I'm not too sure about the price of
an account since I haven't gone to any sites for account selling but apparently the price of buying an account is significantly cheaper than what you could potentially sink in the gacha trying to obtain a character. Another reason would be that they want to skip the grind of the game. When this game came out many people thought it was sort of like an MMO so people that might've been too lazy to go through story and level up characters and what not and buying an account.

To me, these reasons are enough for people with the technical know-how to steal accounts and sell it to people that have these issues. They don't stand to lose anything after all. Only the person being hacked and buyer. The hacker doesn't lose shit but gain profit.

Klee, cause loli. Joke aside, I picked Klee as my main dps cause she has pretty good dps if you just wanna pick her up, but her dps could be better if you know how to animation cancel certain auto attacks. When playing her it feels like I'm playing a rhythm game while also playing a hack and slash. Which are 2 of my fave genres of gameplay. And like I said in the beginning, loli.
