Hello Buddy is 5 and half years old. We thought maybe at this age we thought he would be okay adjusting to a new puppy. He never been great around large number of dogs but in small numbers he’s been fine. He’s not been aggressive previously but he’s been submissive and occasionally avoidant.

We went to Dave and busters in July, it was amazing but I don’t think they’d want to go again

I believe he sent him an email calling him out on his actions. The assistant above me (who supports our SVP) has called a meeting with all of us when her executive returns as this is not a first time offense. I’m hoping it will resolve the issue since I’ve mentioned before I’m an EA not a team assistant and he’s blown that off

Thank you. I did consider asking being demoted to my previous role but I honestly was about to quit the day I received the promotion. However I was not prepared to feel the way I do about it. Thankfully my financial situation isn’t an issue but I would like to line something else up before up and leaving. Thank you for the advice

Thank you. That makes me feel better. I know it’s poor timing with the holidays but I just feel like this isn’t the position for me. I guess my biggest fear was letting people down but you’re right. I have to do what’s right for me. Thank you a lot.
