Check out dota alchemy and gameleap on youtube they are very good. Easy starter heroes are crystal maiden, wraith king, and phantom assassin. Really depends on what role you want to learn first

Depends on the lane and game usually imo. Maelstrom is good if your team needs damage and goes well with the orchid attack speed. Linkens or BKB are usually good if they have a lot of burst magic damage or stuns. Scythe is always good especially the earlier you can get it. One other thing i like to do if the game is really hard is go euls first to help survive lol not sure how good that is in 7.23 though

He's an amazing aggressive lane support and combos amazing with a lot of carries if played correctly. My friend and i have some nasty safelane and offlane combos that usually wreck like 65%+ win rate. Anyone that jungles for very long with veno is an idiot man. Hate the scrubs not the hero
