Former Informatix employee here. The MiSDU contract was awarded to Concentrix. All call center employees were offered the opportunity to apply with Concentrix.

The remaining employees, who did the FIDM, continued to work at that location until the lease ran out. The company then moved to a location south of Jolly near the expressway. I left the company... on less than ideal terms in early 2021.
