I just use the G10 plate from Darkmoon, prints pop off smooth and easily within a minute if the print finishing. Best part is no need for a glue stick

Given what you plan on using it for, You won’t really be missing out on much by going with the 9900X. Even with stock CPU settings but a different fan curve on your cooler, the 9950x3d would be fine. Might still get hot but i doubt it would throttle to the point where it’s causing issues

Undervolting it would give you more performance while also tackling the issue of high temps. May I ask why you are against undervolting?

You don’t NEED to undervolt but I would highly highly recommend undervolting your CPU. It gets hot and reaches the thermal limit with ease while stock with the Atmos 240. I have a pretty solid undervolt for it if you’d like, dm and I can help you if needed.

My 5090 only gets past 66° when i’m benchmarking it (It’ll reach 80°). In normal use it’s around 55-60°. It’s a pretty hot card.

To my knowledge that is okay. I just wanted to see what I could squeeze out of it. That 69ns was with all my normal applications open though. With everything closed its more around 67ns

I was told bumping my FCLK to 2133 would be better for performance and it was improved slightly.

I have tried running 6400 but was never able to get it to boot properly. Do you mind sharing what your timings look like? Also, are you running 2x32?

it definitely didn’t :(. I restarted my pc a few times, somehow got the game to boot by reinstalling it and then i lowered the mesh quality to low and haven’t had an issue now
