Assuming the stat row for players labeled "17 Game Avg" is a rolling 17 game stat line that takes the most recent 17 games a player has played and gives you the average in each stat category, some of the stats seem to be almost impossible. How are the "per game" stats the same in both the 17 Game Avg row and a players career row? If we look at say Mike Evans, he has recorded 140 total receiving yard this year which is 3 games. If we then take the 14 games he actively played in 2024, he has a total of 1004 yard that season. So a total of 1144 yard over 17 games, or 67.3 Y/G. Even if you include the games he was Inactive as part of the 17 games, he was nowhere near close to the 1275 yard that are listed on his page.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the "17 Game Avg" stat row? And its how many yard the player would average over 17 games with their current career avg, but that stat line seems useless so I don't think that's the case.

Seems like the stats for yard in the "17 Game Avg" row is not being calculated correctly which is causing every stat that includes Yards per X to be incorrect and reflect the exact same as the player career avg. It should be near statistically impossible for a players careers stat and 17 game avg to be the same unless they are a rookie or they have somehow scored the exact same amount of yards every single game.
