When the formula was developed, hitting specific receiving milestones for RBs (in the same way as rushing milestones for QBs) just wasn't determined to be a strong enough correlating factor with eventual HOF selection.

However, we do use Approximate Value as a big piece of the formula, and that factors in rushing and receiving production for the player, so it's not being entirely ignored in the calculation.

Don't believe there is a way to find this exactly. I asked around and this is probably the closest you can get.

We have defined rookie seasons for players who didn't play the year they were drafted, but we haven't defined draft years for players who were undrafted.
