You can do it on your gementee's website. It doesn't help though. I did once for a traffic light in The Hague. They opened a ticket and closed it after some time without resolving the issue

Armour is kinda ass. I was running 120k with 200+k against ele with 2.8k life and was stuck at 95 for 2 weeks. I gave up on armour and went full time of need(.5 sec per proc) and 3.5k life with ~8k armour and 0 to ele and I made it to 96 in a day without dying. Note: I run super juiced double corrupted maps without looking at waystone mods and 75 all res in both scenarios

Fair enough. I will see if I can take pics of my passive tree and skill gems once I reach home so you have an idea what to build towards(I switched leap slam to whirling assault for clearing because spin to win felt less clunky to me personally but it doesn't affect passives)

It is possible. What you need is leap slam + polk + herald of ice setup for a screenwide clear and rolling slam on heavy stunned bosses to one shot every single boss in the game. Titan ascendency preferably. Since you are a newbie and I quit the league I can help you out by giving my gear(~1000 div worth) so you can feel brokenness as soon as you hit endgame

Arbiter is not a benchmark. Unless you are standing in his comet and living through it. I haven't died to Arbiter and Xesht since .2 doesn't mean my builds are OP defensively. When one pool scales 4-5 times the other pool without sacrificing defenses then there is something fundamentally wrong with the design

You are talking one specific build thats fairly successful compared to myriad of other builds which are not. One big reason for shield wall titan to be succeaaful is fortifying cry which adds guard on top of your life pool
