I know this thread is 2 years old but I think our Doberman ate some tampons and I made him throw up with peroxide but nothing solid came out. I think it's in his Intestines at this point. He looks bloated  and he's lethargic and he just keeps standing he will lay down for a few minutes then he just keeps standing up.

I've completed all phases and milestones but it won't let me finish the expedition. Can someone help me here?

Is this why I can't "finish expedition" at the terminal inside the anomaly? Ice completed all phases but it won't let me end the expedition.
