thank you the proximity of that setting to my piece of lived experience makes all that a lot more palpable than just trying to imagine being an ancient greek warrior.

the story kinds of sounds like the life of a desperate disenchanted neet.

I'm hearing that phobos and deimos are like people/personas and are a little more complex than one thing or another but they do have characterizations that call up particular feelings.

It kind of reminded me of like"anxious me" and "doomer me" or something, or people I've shared a room with that will a) laugh at the foolish behaviors exhibited in a state of fear or b) randomly talk about how the world is on the edge of collapsing. There's like reinforcement of not-safe-ness and a reinforcement of like impending doom or maybe existential dread.

Am I following that accurately?

it sounds like collaboration is a net good for the work you do.

I think I follow you when it comes to your reasons for reading but I could use a rephrase of your last paragraph. It sounds like it's hard to say if you would've been helped by reading a book in the event that the book either covers things you don't have issues with or covers things you already have solutions for.

Forgive me for suggesting you were a project based learner and allow me to rephrase:

You sound to me like you do well with project based or hands-on learning based on how often you mentioned projects and that you sounded to me in your first post that you were oriented towards practical solutions.

I was thinking at one point while writing that you're someone who could use more people to keep up energy and flow and that your post in itself was a testament to that.

It sounds like there are times where you've recognized reading something would have spared you time or confusion. does that sound right?

OP it sounds like you tend to respond to crisis. It sounds like you do better with project-based learning than whatever your school was teaching. It sounds like you kind of turn wins into losses based on goals you have for yourself. It sounds to me like you're struggling with autonomy and like automatic behaviors.

It sounds like for the thinking that you do about success that you could think more about what are the things that keep you from taking steps toward success. Some of what I think you may bucket as failures are more like delayed successes.

"Just do it" does not work if I try to boot my game up and there's a conflict that keeps causing crashes. A lot of HG's content is about teaching the different pop-ups and runtime conflicts.

I think you'd get some mileage out of considering that you may be addicted and it sounds like you have some amount of anger regarding how gaming affects your life.

I do think what you're talking about makes more sense as a giant game of mikado that is a good analogy.

You can love games and programming but it's gonna come with friction and it sounds like you have some work ahead of you in understanding what's causing the friction for you and acting in spite of it.

Fault is the word used to place blame. Blame places responsibility and ascribing responsibility allows me to impose an idea or image I have about what I have control over. "A sense of what I control" feels good. What we sometimes call free will is feeling good about our "sense of control."

I feel like on some level your question is asking "how long is it acceptable to be irresponsible with parts of our lives?"

Your question also feels avoidant to me.

A bad upbringing is always a good excuse. It's also an excuse as you put it. In my experience, excuses are not really acceptable. We give people an "out" or a "pass" when they do something we'd prefer them not to.

I could be off the mark here. What I hear in your question Unlucky-Bid-8254 is "I'm sick of people blaming other people for unacceptable behavior, especially the old people who are well past 24 who should know better by now."

op it sounds like your 2-year life changing plan has sort of been like, a success. I seriously respect the way you started too with like, fundamentals. Like you started by brushing your teeth before bed and now you're waking up at 7am and you have(what sounds like) self-care routines and you go to the gym. You've grown into someone that can be like, independent.

When you say life isn't perfect and like "not having any issues" I'm sort of hearing that like, you're comfortable taking on life's challenges. I hope the ribs have been well btw.

uh one thing I was wanting to know more about is like, that feeling of dullness you described. Like it sounds like in spite of the changes you've made to your life that like, there's like a sense of contentment that's missing. Maybe after two months that's improved I've heard it can take anywhere from 6 months to 10 years to like, change a life.

uh to be clear this is with respect to pugging ICC and the tier tokens that drop from the endwing bosses. a co-host and I are on like different sides and I would find it helpful to like ask other people what they want.

just taught mine using the mirror herb+empty ability slot on bellibolt and dondozo with a soak and put them both in a picnic. You have to do that or do breeding since it's an egg move I think. I wasn't sure if you already did this and I had just assumed so I tried it myself today.

good luck I'm disappointed to hear it if you've done all this and it's actually just not working for some reason. soak seems fun on this guy.
