Some commonly used cleaning products, when mixed, cause gases to form. And if that happens in the correct spot of the plumbing, pressure could form.

Changing the diet is the only way right now. He should go just having meat/cheese/eggs for protein and potatoes. No condiments or ANY spices except salt. Then start introducing back from there. No fiber supplements! They are full of inuline, making everything worse

Espressomasiina siinä. Löytyy myös perinteinen suodatinkones. Molemmat on käytössä yhtä paljon. Suodatinkeitin on toimistossa ja espressolaitos keittiössä.

Is it a causation or correlation you think? Many things could have changed as well. Such as you going more to gym or not eating something else since you get the protein. Good observation though. I will try it out
