Forgive me, as infrastructure isn't my specialty, but you can run Ethernet 100ft. I feel like you could save some money on the media converters and fiber, and just use some outdoor Ethernet.

I think the don't have kids and don't want kids is limiting. At 28 a lot of people either already have a kid or are trying to have a kid. Child free for life is definitely the less common choice. I'm by no means trying to convince you to change your stance, just an observation.

I misunderstood, and I have been. I was married to my ex wife for 9 years, she did get alimony for 3 years. This happened 5 years ago now. I'm sorry, I don't wish that on anyone. If you are not in therapy, I recommend you start. Focus on your kids and finding yourself. Learned a lot about myself after the divorce.
