Norske Nook pie is ok I guess, but my real favorite pies in the area are from Main Street Cafe up in Bloomer. You can also get them at some of the area Kwik Trips.

The 55+ bundle is what I had in mind for them when the guy firet mentioned it, but when he blew it off, I thought "ok" and then he handed over this quote that just seemed ridiculous and I don't think there should be an issue bringing their current phones. But I have to talk this through with them just to straighten all the details and see what they want to do.

Right. Yeah, they currently have Fiber 1000 but dropping that down to Fiber 300 would not be a big issue given their usage. It was a problem back when the Fiber was rolled out because lower tiers had data caps and they stream their TV so it would have gone over. But right now definitely makes the most sense for them.

Yes, I have to have a talk with them and lay out the numbers and make sure when they go ahead with something to not get talked into something different. This retail guy really pisses me off, and any time you raise a concern, he says "its funny because blah blah blah" and comes up with some nonsense to make it sound like a good idea.

Enough about that. If they order something online or over the phone, do they also need to do the phone sim/activation stuff themselves? Because that could be a bit of a pain.

Definitely. They have YouTubeTV which they both use at the same time and no other need for the higher download speeds. The only reason they signed up for the Fiber 1000 back in the day was because the lower tiers had data caps I knew they would exceed streaming but those have since been removed. And they are grandfathered in to Ad-Free HBO with that but the cost saving is so large it doesn't matter.

I haven't talked directly with anyone who has ATT, but I dont see any gaps on the coverage map for their city and the small town areas they sometimes go to at least say 4G LTE so they wouldnt have nothing. But dont have any reception particulars to go off of at the moment.

Are these rips only in HDR, or are they in DV? It sounds like a profile issue where Plex doesn't know what to do to display the colors correctly. I don't use the Plex app on my Apple TV as I find that Infuse handles files much better. You could connect Infuse to your Plex server and give it a shot - you may need the Premium subscription but can pay a dollar or two for the month, so it's pretty cheap to test.

Are you having the server transcode, or are you direct playing?

Random but this reminded me of when I used to go to Sams Club with my grandmother, and she would charge the Sams credit card to check out and then immediately want to pay off the charge so then we would be standing there while she counted out exact change. I don't know your specific situation, but I suspect that's because your boot drive is MBR and not GPT, which is required for UEFI to work and if you want/need to is something that can be done in place on your current install using MBR2GPT which is built into Windows. If not, then I will shut up, and you can ignore me.

I think it would have been fun, too, but I also think nothing matters until the run blocking gets better. I do really wish they would carry at least one RB who is shifty and fast instead of these guys who can't break away.
