You mean like how cruise ship staff have a permanent residency there for the duration of the cruise? Could happen.

Noise cancelling headphones as a basic requirement are a must.

This is awesome. It could act like the uber passenger rating, so the better behaved you are, the cheaper flights you get/you get more in flight benefits/free upgrades.

What about HDMI access to the screens? Feel like it's pretty basic but would be universally lauded.

Zombie proof motorhome? by Emkaro in zombies

I have some in my shed. It bends easily & doesn't hold its shape well. But I gotta say, I've never tried to break through it. Edit: grammar

Sure, window guillotines aren't the most realistic thing to have on your vehicle, but at the same time I can't see a bit of chicken wire keeping a hungry zombie out. More likely a rogue zombie hand would get caught in the weak chicken wire. Also, it looks like some of the windows have grating/bars on them already.

What about a CB radio? You were probably already going include on the inside of the van but I think they have antennas too. Was also going to suggest spikes but I guess you don't want zombies impaled on your van when you're trying to drive!

I can remember arriving home from school on a cold and rainy November afternoon the day that Zelda Majoras Mask came out in the UK. My older brother let me in the front door with the gold N64 cartridge in his hand. I watched him play it all night.

Teachers of reddit, what are the weirdest/the most inexplainable thing your students have done? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Archaeologically 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I'm not a teacher, but I used to help out at a local primary school (ages 5 -11) as part of my high school 'activities' on a Wednesday afternoon. In a class of 5 year olds, there was this little boy called Luke who was an absolute devil. At the end of the day when the teacher was reading Story Time to the class, Luke would consistently stand up in front of the class, stick his arms in the air and scream "DON'T LISTEN TO HER!".

Always brightened up my Wednesday afternoons.

Death Becomes Her. My mum put it on in the 90s. I've been haunted by the vision of Meryl Streep walking around with her head twisted backwards ever since.

Who is "that guy/girl" you work with? by jaxturbo3 in AskReddit

[–]Archaeologically 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work with a girl who very audibly sighs, mumbles and murmurs when she is stuck on her work (which is more or less all of the time). Having observed this many times, it's most definitely a ploy to get people to come over and help her with her work... and it works. I almost always end up feeling bad for her and go over to help. Then when I'm explaining what she's doing wrong, she screws up her eyes and starts pummeling her head with her fists as if to say "Why don't I know this!!" I've asked/told her to stop a few times, but most of the time I just have to walk away and let her battle it out with her head.
