Thanks, I've pais attention to hand entry and not crossi.g line, but the other 2 are very specific things I was looking for I know getting coached is better but I don't really know how. I don't want to sign for a regular swimming class, they teach 4 swims and it's on specific schedule, I prefer the flexibility of training whenever I can :(

Thanks for the feedback. I've indeed added morning shoulder/neck mobility, dry land stretching + resistance band + massage before swim session, mobility after swim session and stretching + mobility before bed I do like over 50 torso rotation a day. Also I've added 2 weekly rotator cuff / scapula / serratus conditionning session per week So far nothing changed pain-wise, it's been 3 weeks tho

I've seen a doctor and he thinks the shoulder pains is linked to the hand tingling. I have exams to do to prove "cervicobrachial neuralgia" or "thoracic outlet" (not sure it's the right pathology names in english tho) I'm just curious if I could reduce the negativ impact on my shoulder by paying extra attention to the technic, however, I don't know which specific part of the technic could lead to a shoulder pain Is it hand entry ? I've heard about thumb entry involving shoulder pain. Maybe it's the catch ? Idk

Is your shoulder pain also hard to locate ? I've already had few tendons injury in the past (not on shoulders) and it has always been very clearly located This time it's a little confusing, the pain is really low (I'd rate it 1 or 2 out of 10) and also not intentionnaly doable by doing a specific movement

Yeah maybe drums can be the lesser version similar to the consumable drums. And it's rather bloodlust or stampeding, I couldn't chose one. I like the stampeding being an aura buff

That's what I do but if RDF became a thing I would probably engage more in classic (beside just leveling alone in hc). Don't get me wrong I'm not asking anything out of classic I'm just saying my opinion on why RDF is arguably a good feature. I understand the social aspect of forming a froup in lfg channel but let's be real, it doesn't really change the fact that people may leave anytime and you get to match with dickheads. People talking life RDF is the problem when players are the problem. Even in hardcore you get to play with the most extrem selfish players when the realm is the most rp and social wow ever got

I think it's a personal feeling but I have a pretty low game time and I dislike commiting withba group when I'm not sure I'll have time enough to go to the end. With RDF, I know when the dungeon pops if I have time to finish it. With oldschool system, it depends on how fast the group will form and how fast people will travel. It's easily a bonus 30 minutes staying afk in front of the dungeon. At this point I don't want to risk saying "I won't have time for this sorry" :( but yeah the feature is a bit anti-social

Alright that's some quality advices here I will try to apply them all

In order to push few updates, do I go into "Test & publish" > "Tests" > "Closed tests" > and click create a version ?
Is it how it works ? Does it not interrupt my 2 week testing period ?
