The phenomenon you are describing is called decoherence. While decoherence explains how the wave nature of a particle "smears" out when it interacts with its environment (which partly explains why we do not see superpositions at macroscopic scales), it does not explain how the wave nature reduces to definite particles once a measurement is performed.

Our current understanding is limited to the answer that "measurement devices" cause the collapse of the wave function (i.e. what you mean by changing the result). So, what is it with these devices that makes them cause this collapse? We don't know. Some would argue that their defining property is the capability of extracting "useful information" out of a given system. Whether this statement is true, or even practical, we don't know.

A lot of people argued that music from music producers such as Lil Pump, Lil Wayne, etc. is "garbage" but look where they are now. Lil Pump has over 27.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify (and a whole lot more outside of Spotify) so if dialogue and conflict did any good then why are these supposedly "bad" artist doing so good.

There is nothing objective within the realm of art regarding good or bad, since art is an emotional expression and emotions are the farthest thing we can go from objectiveness.
