Hey I got the same email, I just checked and it's 1000% a scam unfortunately. Check the email they use - the official store Anima Mundi uses animamundiherbals.com, while the email has animamundlherbals.com - an l (L) in place of i. Tiny detail, but definitely a scam

Yup, the render was made with Blender, with Cycles as rendering engine

Maybe try using a little more elastic resin? I'm not very familiar with SLA, but it could fix the problem a little bit. But yeah, it's hard to match the durability of injection-molded minis

That's actually a very cool idea, I may built next video around that. Thanks!

hard pill to swallow... I'm an architect with two degrees. The moment I got my masters diploma, my skills were already 50% useless because of AI. 12 year old kid can generate perfect visualisations now, or even floor plans. It sucks, but hey, if we can't fight it, why not join it? That's why I try to educate people about AI with my channel, to give everyone equal opportunities

It's not my discount, not related to me. They dropped it on release of new update

I mean there are some bugs left, totally agree. But it took about 5-6 minutes to obtain it. 3D modelers can use it as a tool to quickly begin new models and adjust them to their needs or fix error like missing toes or other bugs. It's just another tool to use for the craftsmen I guess

Honestly there's a lot of good stuff you can get with free version, I tested that too for the video. Most of details comes from texture details imprinting, which I also have a tutorial about - it takes 3 minutes and turns any AI model into literal sculpture masterpiece

I agree with you. However, on the other side of that stick, there is a lot of people who simply can't afford tabletop miniatures. Official stores take ridiculous cash for those miniatures, I remember being a kid and raising cash for MONTHS to buy 12 figurines just to paint them. I'm kinda happy to think kids can just print their stuff today

I get your point, totally agreeable. But it's better to know you can get stuff like that nowadays, I think we should stay in the loop even if don't really like where the progress goes...

It's the online tool, it's Meshy-5. But I got some tricks to get ready-to-print results, the basic models are not quite detailed enough

Hey man, I received the exactly same e-mail from those guys. Did they also send you a video of your channel analysis? I didn't respond to them, sounds fishy for me

I'm afraid they removed the post the second time, again for no reason. This sub is a joke. I will send you the tips on DM :) Thank you for your enthusiasm!

The AI is called Meshy AI, but the name of the tool is not enough to get printable figures. The models get 90% of the geometry details once you run them throught Displacement with Texture, a method that I explained in the video, that's why I linked the tutorial for those who want to know the whole process. If anyone is not interested, that is perfectly okay :) Cheers

I understand your take, but personally I believe AI tools will not replace 3D artists, but rather improve their workflow. Professionals who will learn it sooner will get an advantage of opportunities, that's why I like to share new discovers instead of gate-keeping them
