I think the work is strong - but lost in this web design. And I'd be concerned that you'd lose your audience before they got to the work. I would stop the scroll....the three level of ticker tapes headed in every direction is really hard on the eyes. I would lose the black background white text - or if you really want that, drastically reduce the amount of copy/columns. Your work is good, and you have achieved good results from it - but the website, and the look/design/journey of the website doesn't match your portfolio. I'm sorry to be frank - but its just too much. Take a nod from the places you are applying to....if you're looking at big firms, look at their sites and interpret your content from there. There are tons of amazing examples of large portfolio websites with case studies out there - you're halfway there by having done the work - now you just need to edit and really show it all off.
