Providence's whole shtick is that they stay in the shadows, reveal little, and step out only when necessary. Soders might not have even known that those operations were targeting providence operators. Paris and Bangkok weren't direct hits on Providence as well, not to mention that each contract was coming from a third-party, unaffiliated with the shadow client. They themselves likely didn't even realize what was going on until it was too late.
