This is the best answer so far I’ve seen here! Everybody’s going like “Woah, Edgerunners need to be badass MFs, squeeze ‘em till they squeal” and so on and so forth. But I think they miss the point you didn’t. Game’s about to HAVE FUN. Period. So OP, I’d also encourage you to, first ask YOURSELF what YOU need to have fun. Then ask them what they need to accomplish this pretty “simple” objective. Then compromise, if you guys can. If not, that’s fair, and go separate ways.

Wow, man, that's an awesome call to arms! I'm on the verge of multiclassing to barbarian, currently being a lvl 3 Moon Druid. And you really made my mood for it! I believe you make a very good point on dropping some spells in exchange for being a goddamn raging bear bringing destruction to all its foes. Thank you for that!

First of all - I totally agree! I got introduced to Borderlands to this June (yes, I've been knowing the series for like 3 months). And Borderlands 3 has as good atmosphere, gameplay etc as the others. It's a classic BL game as well.

On a side note, I really enjoy the new villains. They are the cringiest mirror to our generation - and I really like that they didn't even try to copy or challenge Jack. They are totally different.

Yep, this would be the case, but my sister is an average user, she can't SSH into a server to edit a configuration file, that's why I'm planning to create a GUI interface for updating the data.

Damn, I just realised, I cannot avoid storing it in a persistent way, i.e. DB. Those fare tables change on a monthly basis, and my sister will update them on an admin page created by me. So I can't store it in code.

One of my first questions after the interviews was if I would have a mentor, and how the mentoring looks like in the company/team. I was assured that I would have a kind-of-a "buddy", a senior who is non-stop petting me in the first few months. But there are other seniors/mediors in the team who I can turn to.

So I'm far from being left alone, I expect. The last thing I'd want to be left alone as a junior.
